I’m the founder of Cloud Accountant Staffing, a company born out of necessity and built on a mission to solve the talent crisis in the accounting profession. Before founding CAS, I successfully ran a an accounting firm that relied heavily on exceptional offshore accountants based in the Philippines. The firm was later acquired, but the challenges I faced in finding qualified onshore accountants stayed with me.

After experiencing multiple hiring roadblocks, I realized that traditional methods weren’t enough to meet the growing demand for accounting talent. My search led me to offshore staffing, but I was frustrated by the lack of high-quality solutions. Seeing the potential, I decided to create my own offshore hiring network—one that prioritized quality, compliance, and seamless integration.
